WTF WTF um.....WTF!!?

  • I went off the pill, had the pill period, then had lots of sex. I even ovulated according to the test, and cervical mucus. I had tons of it on ovulation day. Not necessarily stretchy, but it was clear and abundant. Four days before ovulation, I had cramping. The day OF ovulation, poof! Gone. The cramps were gone. Three days before ovulation, my left nipple started tingling and got sore. The soreness migrated to both nipples. Now at 4 dpo, my boobs hurt so bad that I cannot sleep or do anything without a sports bra on. My husband played with me down there and it brought on tiny mild cramps. I sleep 9 to 10 hours a night now and still get dizzy spells even when laying down. Feel very tired...wtf is going on!!?? How can I get these hormones to calm down?????? Drink more water??

    Quitting the pill can be a wild ride, with your hormones going crazy as your natural cycle starts up again. I am not saying you are not pregnant. But I AM saying your symptoms are caused by pill withdrawal, not pregnancy. And unfortunately there is nothing you can do except ride it out.

4 dpo is too early for pregnancy symptoms. It's probably your body adjusting to different hormones due to lack of the pill.

Oh sweetheart, water won't flush THAT out, I'd go with a good ol' fashioned gin n' tonic. As for the sore **** I'd suggest getting a nubile young Syrian (they'll do anything if you pay them atm - take advantage of world events, TOP TIP FROM PENNY) to rub some honey on and smooth it all round. But please keep in mind this is a family site, I actually vomited into my hummus pastry reading this :(
