Can you still be pregnant if you miss your period and get a negative pregnancy test?

all right... so i was supposed to get my period Friday and i didn't so i took a test Saturday with my first morning urine and got a negative so i thought i was just a little late and was still gonna get my period but still haven't got it... ive been alot more tired than usual and my breast have been sore... I'm planning on going to the doctors soon i just wanted to know if this has ever happened to you and if it did what happened and what you experienced and sum advice...please help me out...thank you...

Answer:
It's possible that you just tested a little too early. Some people dont' get a BFP until a week after their missed period. Try again in a week and see what it says.
