What is the ideal period for menstrual cycles?

I have fairly regular menstrual cycles (30-35 days) this month my cycle has been 50 days so far and no period?

  • I've had 4 negative home pregnancy tests and one in the clinic. What other reasons might my period be so late? Does this mean I did not ovulate this month?

  • Answer:

    I have the same problem and my doctor told me to go to a lab and get a blood pregnancy test done. She also said that it could be caused by stress. So if you have alot of stress in your life than that could explain it. You ovulate every month unless you are going through menepause.
