Is it possible if you have all the signs (temperature, cervical mucus, regular periods) and still not ovulate?
-
I have PCOS but I started counting my cycles since February and I get my period exactly on every 35th day. I just recently started taking my temperature and will start monitoring my cervical mucus, but I'm wondering if it's possible to have all these signs and still not ovulate if I have POS = Polysystic Ovarian Syndrome.

Answer:
Yeah, anything is possible. However, if your BBT shows a significant rise that lasts at least 3 temperatures, chances are you ovulated! HOWEVER (there's a catch, of course), even if you ovulate, sperm can't reach the egg to fertilize it if your tubes are blocked. Good luck!
