When will my cycle regulate?
-
Here's a little behind the story: I had my Mirena IUD removed on January 9th 2012. I've had two periods since then. One in Febuary and then another as we speak. My first period lasted 4 days. And my cycle was only 19 days long! There is NO way I'm ovulating with that short of a cycle. (TTC, btw.) Does anyone have an idea of when my periods will regulate? We want to get pregnant A.S.A.P!

Answer:
it can take up to 6 months for your body to regulate after you get off birth control pills. for most women it happens within 2-4 months. it took me 2.5 months. i would make sure you're eating healthy (lots of greens) and drinking lots of water and not putting your body through much stress. the healthier you are, the faster your body can get back to doing what it does best! good luck! :)
