It is completely a personal decision - do you feel like you could cope with 2 children under 2!? I plan on waiting until my child is 18 months - 2 before I start trying for a second, hoping the gap will be 2 and a half to 3 years... However you cant really plan these things completely, sometimes it takes time to get pregnant!

There is no worng or right time to have another one. Some people have them back to back and some people choose to wait. I think I read that 2-3 years is best for the older child, to get the attention they deserve, etc. However, I have also read 18 months is good. It's a very tough decision to make! My opinion would be at least 2 years apart.
