Cramping why so close after ovulation I feel like I'm going to start af ?

I am very much tuned into my body and I know when I am ovulating the day for me was 14th April and I keep up with bbt and muscus discharge is how I know when (sorry if tmi) but hubby and I had sex a few days before and on the 14 th and after now I hVe really weird cramps like it's stretching inside ... Is this normal after ovulation?

Sperm can stay alive in you for a while and it can take up to three days for it to get to your egg. So you are probably pregnant that is an early symptom of pregnancy btw. take a test in a couple weeks to make sure.
