How to get over shyness (only child problem?

WhatHow do I get my money back from a daycare not responsibillity for my Child? would you like to ask?

• How can I get my money back from a daycare?The main reason is my child( 3 year old) keep getting hit by an older boy.Eveyday she come home.She will tell us who hit her again.Every morning when I drive her to daycare.She will said mama,I don't want to go back there.I asked her why,she said she were scared.She don't want to get in that house(yes,is home daycare).I feel so horrible!I promised her this will stop! This has been going on for the past few weeks.We told the care provider about this few times.But it didn't work.On the other hand,we still have three weeks payment there.We give her $1500 total (she charge $50/day.)My child been there for 21days(including two days sick day she didn't go.This I don't care.I understand)But I think is not fair she keep my three weeks money and ignore what happen to my child.I want my $450 back.Since as a child care provider but didn't take care the problem after we told her few times.For our child's safety we have to take her out.At the contract said" three weeks advance written notice is required if the child are to be permanently withdrawn from the childcare.Three weeks pay will be accepted in lieu of the three weeks notice.Provider will also give three weeks notices prior to cessation of care,Except in cases of gross misconduct on the part of the parent or the child." The other thing is,The day care has head lice thing going on and we find a lot of lice egg on my little girl's hair (We got a note about the lice,they find lice at the daycare and she told me my child don't have.But let me check her hair everyday.So I checked her hair everyday.A week later,I think all the lice should be all gone.So I didn't check for two days.And then I find a lot of egg and lice by Firday night). When I find the lice,I told my husband to email daycare we are not bring our child back for few days.We need to get rib all the lice first.And I don't want more lice at the daycare.)Yes,we did a lot of work for this.Few days later,everything looks fine.So I called the daycare and asked her can I bring her back next week.The lice were all gone.She said "yes".So I bring my child back on the next Tuesday,but this time she said "no" to me.I am so surprised.Then why you told me "yes" at the first place???? She said my husband sent her a neassity email.She show me the email.I read the email is about our child get hit in the daycare and didn't get take care.We are not bring her back.After I readed the email and what she said is the most nessity email she ever received.I know this is not going work out.Because she don't seems care about our child,but only her own little world.I think she don't want to take care,because the boy's family have two kids there.She don't want their parents not happy or whatever the reason is... So I asked about the refund.She said last week she didn't come is not her problem.We need to pay for that week.I almost choked there.I said that's not a sick day!She didn't take good care the lice at the first place when they find it. And then she said the last week's deposit cannot give you refund either."What".She said she only can give me one week back!And she said she will call me when the refund is ready for pick up.But I don't think I will get that one week refund by any chance. What kind the world is this?when she feel like it.She can just keep it even is not belong to her?

  Call the licensing body for home daycare where you live and ask them how to proceed. They will have someone who can advise you.
