Should i be concerned with my 4 year olds progress?

• everyones always surprised of my 3 year old who just turned 4 because of how much she knows she even knows more than my 6 year old. they always suggest i take her to take an IQ test, she knew her alphabets and numbers in spanish and french from since she was 3 years old she also knew how to operate my laptop, she knew everyones phone numbers and i would have to hide the phone because she would call everyone and ask them to bring her mc.donalds and toys lol she can also read certain words as well as all her numbers and alphabets and can speak and understand some words in spanish and french BUT she is still not speaking well she cant hold long conversations, is this normal for her age, she has sisters and brothers and they all learned to talk faster from hearing each other so should i be concerned or when or what age would you start to be concerned, btw she hasnt gone to school as yet but she is going in aug./sept.

  hi iam also facing the same situation.iam happy by seeing your question because i can share mine with u.iam also have the son who is become 4 years in this june.do not worry about the speaking,my son also started talking from dec of 2008 only.with in this 5 months he started reading the 1st grader boooks also. But still the coversation is not like the regular 4 year old.he will improve. donot worry about that.brilliat people would not talk early.
