Anyone ever tried that potty train in a day system?

  • there is this system call potty train in one day...has anyone tried it or know anyone who did and did it work? im not expecting miracles here i just want to get my son potty trained without it taking months and months?

    My friend gave me the online book she bought, it was potty train in 3 days. I tried it on my daughter and it did work very well. The jist of it was: Set microwave timer for 20 minutes, when it goes off, sing a song and dance their way to the potty, let the child sit on the potty for however long they want, don't force them. If they do go, make the biggest deal out of it, I was jumping up and down and yelling yaay. If they didn't go set the timer again for 20 minutes. It was a very long day doing that over and over...but the next day she was going on her own. It probably helped that she was more than ready to potty train, we had a few set backs with dealing with constipation. She was potty trained at 3.5 yrs

Didn't use it. But you don't really need it. IF you wait until your child is ready, it will not take 'months and months' to train. It will take a few days... maybe a week or two.
