How to get current month and year in jquery?

Should I get my 4 year old and 4 month old the same amount of presents this year for Christmas?

  • I know that my 4 year old will be enjoying Christmas a lot more than my 4 month old, but I am still wondering if I should still be fair by the amount... or am I being silly?

    oh no i wouldnt worry about getting the 4 month old much especially if things are tight..They wont even remember mines 3 and im just gonna get some things that i need for him like clothes and maybe throw in a couple of toys!

I think you're being silly...a 4 month old can't possibly know what's going on...I doubt they can even open their own presents..

I'm not sure a 4-month-old would enjoy the things you might think he will enjoy. I noticed that kinds younger than 1 1/2 years enjoy wrapping paper much more than any presents that might be wrapped in the said paper.

Anything that you get either of them will end up in your closet for the next twenty years. So do what my parents did and get them huge cardboard boxes and duct tape. We played with them for a week and then threw them away, which by the way, we would have done with toys but instead of throwing them away we just threw them in the closet. Don't get anything for your 4 month old unless it just makes you feel good inside.
