i'm not sure how healthy this is, but i make pasta and put a cheese sauce over it... then i hide a bunch of veggies and chicken in it. My 2 yr old son always eats it all because it has cheese, he doesn't even know he's eating the veggies he thinks he doesn't like!

try making favorite foods like a grilled cheese sandwich, then use cookie cutters to make them into exciting shapes. fruits and veggies are wonderful. If your kid doesn't like veggies try them with ranch or thousand island.

My 16 month old eats broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, green beans, lima beans, pinto beans, rice, green peas, black eyed peas, yellow squash, zuccini squash, bell peppers, tomatoes, onion, corn, and USDA certified organic eggs with whole wheat toast(no butter), and sometimes tuna fish sandwiches, salmon, steak and the occasional hamburger. He likes bananas and apples too.

Well she is certainly having a healthy and varied diet. Despite some obvious likes and dislikes, their tastebuds are quite underdeveloped until they are around 2. I would give her finger food for lunch, cut up bits of cheese, or rusks, they love rusks, more veg and fruit, just little bits of each so she can get used to feeding herself with her fingers, some cooked chicken cooled down on its own rather than in the bread, bananas are great but don't feed them any later than 3pm as they can take a while to digest, carrot sticks, cucumber circles tuna, all that kind of stuff, just put a bit of each and see what she goes for, then start combining them the way she likes. Good luck, and have fun with it.

have you tried beans on toast (my son's favorite...) or tuna in a microwaved potato? or a selection of cut up raw veg to dip in a little mayo? or a home made pizza with plenty of toppings. even better if she helps to make it.

My son is sixteen months old and he eats everything, I will fix beefstew from a can, and make a piece of toast, I cut the toast up and put the beefstew on top he just eats what he wants off of it, I fix him chicken noodle soup, ravioli, spaghetti and meatballs, sometimes left overs from the night before, and any toddler meal from gerber (that I only give him if we are on the go).

OK how about doing like a mini salad...just a few carrot sticks, cucumber sticks, put some sliced chicken on the side...what ever you can think that she will like as a salad i personally do a chicken mouth...shreaded carrot hair...cucumber eyes, tomato ears...and a dollop of mayonaise...goes down a treat...
