I need a perfect watch for a nurse.

Need opinion on choose one of the two preschools for my daughter. Please help!!! confused!!?

• ok, here is the situation. One preschool is a park district program mon,wens,fri afternoons 12:45-3:15. Its close by. Total for 8 months is 1250. for 2 1/2 hours. this place is kinda new, they didn't explain much to me about the curriculum. They have no playground and not even sure they even have a nurse on staff. The price sounds nice tho, and i have had people tell me, there won't be much difference in what each school teaches each other. all about the same they say. now the other school is a well known preschool that is the same district as my sons school so they are similar to each other as calender events. also they are side by side, so very close in the event i might have an emergency or such. They have a nurse on staff, I'm able to see the school before i commit and they also have a playground. I know the playground isn't a huge deal but i feel as a young child, play is important for social interaction and kids just being kids for a bit each day. the days are mon wens fri mornings 7:45 - 10:15 2 1/2 hours as well. ALTHOUGH this school will cost me about $2000. I know money should not be an issue, but if they are basically the same and teach the same, why pay more. But i want the best i can get for her. DO you think it matters? both have good qualities. I work midnights only two days a week, and on those days of her classes I nap. She naps as well. So the afternoon classes would tie me down to taking a nap when she left and thats it. no time to run errands or clean or just have me time. yet the mornings ARE infact very early as you can see, but she gets out early and we still have time to do something, either errands or spend time together, eat lunchthen nap. It kinda works out. But thats a ton of money. And I have to watch what I'm doing financially. I need your opinion as best you can give and any advice you have. Or experience. I was on a waiting list for both. The first one came up right away, and all the while i was really counting on the second one as being a better school, but who really know. Now she is getting ready to start in about 2 weeks at the first one, one i don't know much about, and this second one popped up. I was thrilled but then i learned pricing and hours. please help. I know its confusing as I am VERY confused!!!

  I would ask when the first school is going to be set up & ready, will it have outdoor play equipment (if so what - they may not have a playground yet, but may have other outside toys for them), & when there will be a teacher there to explain what they will be teacher throughout the year. Then go check out the place, so you have a better idea of how it will be run. If they will not have everything ready for you to do this in a timely manner, than go with the second, more expensive option. Although the Park District will have special guidlines they have to follow (which is good), and it will most likely teach the same things as any other preschool, & will have to have qualified teachers, sending your child to a place that is completely unorganized & don't know what they're doing will be a mess. Just for your information, most preschools (depending on the type) do not have to have a nurse on staff, actually, most school districts who do have a "nurse on staff", the nurse is not usually at the school full time, she usually floats from school to school or is only required to be there a certain number of hours each day. I don't feel the nurse on staff is so important - you don't have a nurse on staff at home or at daycare, if there's a big emergency they would do what anyother person would do...call 911.
