3 days light bleeding. Implantation bleeding or short light period?
-
First things first, I do not have a period except for about twice a year, I am not on any form of birth control. I do NOT have any cysts, I was just checked a few months ago. My last period was in March but I had some VERY light spotting on July 21st. My husband and I had unprotected sex in all of August, the last time was August 20 & 21st. Lately I've been waking up in the middle of the night like I'm going to throw up...either I have to stand up, go to the bathroom, or get a glass of water before I feel like I'm okay again. I've never actually thrown up even though I abruptly wake up from sleeping feeling like I'm going to. We took a road trip today and on the hills I got neaseated, which isn't normal...hills have never bothered me before. He also stopped and got some fries, i thought they smelled disguisting and they made my stomach feel queazy. He said they smelled fine and didnt have a problem with them. I have larger breasts so I am used to them hurting but they are hurting just randomly during the day. On Thursday, September 1st, I noticed some light bright red spotting. It was very light and only when I wiped so I didn't put a pad in. On It was very light and only when I wiped so I didn't put a pad in. On Friday, I put a pad in but it was still very light, I only needed 1 pad all day long. Same on Saturday. Sunday morning it pretty much stopped was only there when I wiped but it wasn't red anymore, it was more of a pink color. Sunday night it was not there at all and then monday (today) if i wipe there is a little bit but hardly anything and it's more of a pink. Normally when I have a period it is extremely heavy, I cramp a lot and it lasts about 7 to 10 days. With this I've not had any cramping, it only lasted a few days, and was very light. Any ideas of what might be going on? Think it's implantation bleeding or just a period that's light?? P.S. I took a pregnancy test on Monday, August 29th. I swear I saw it be positive but it turned up negative.

Answer:
You could be pregnant. Some women have "silent periods", so they don't know they are having a period. Implantation takes about 10-14 days, so your hormone level may not have been high enough when you took the test to show a strong positive. I suggest you take another test.

I'm having the same problem now. I'm almost positive that I'm pregnant but had a negative test 10 days ago, and I still haven't started, but I have the fatigue, the sore breasts, queasiness, etc.
it sounds like there's a chance of pregnancy but who knows since your periods are so irregular. you should try another test soon
