How to bring on a late period?

• I am 4 days late for my period and i am not on birth control but we do use condoms. my period was very irregular before i had my 1st and only child 7 months ago, but after i had her it came at the very first day of the month. i am always so paranoid about my period coming even before it's late. i have had a lot of stress recently involving the court system. my boobs are NOT sore, and there aren't really any signs of pregnancy, but is it too early to tell? I just need some helpful advice. how can u bring on a 4 day late period? a SURE WAY. Thnx.
