What are signs that my pitbull is going into labor?

    This is something you should have researched BEFORE breeding your dog. BTW, it's PREGNANT, not pregnate.

more than likely she will start bleeding from her vaginal area. She will probably search for a safe place to give birth such as a closet, or a box, or a doghouse. (somewhere she feels safe) after that she will probably lay down a lot until she starts giving birth. The process could take hours. If you are concerned, please call your vet.

When she starts to wimper and when the puppies start popping out, while she is giving birth do give her resurance as it may shock her, all the best for your dog (:
