What are the signs of an ectopic pregnancy?

• Id rather not list my symptoms so I don't create any bias, I am a worry wort so idk if it's me overreacting or not. I need to make sure I'm showing signs before I do anything about it because we don't have insurance until the first of the year (my hubby just switched jobs and it's a 2 month waiting period). When do you start showing these signs & what are they? I know pain that is one sided but can you also get one sided pain with a normal pregnancy? Thanks for everyone's help.

  Extreme pain in one side of your abdomen...shoulder tip pain in the same side as the abdo pain! and also some people have bleeding that they mistake for their period but in actual fact is because of ther ectopic pregnancy!! Good luck hun n don't hestitate to get yourself checked...these things are dangerous!!
