Where in Philadelphia can I go to be unskilled labor?

How long after bloody show did you go into labor?

• I went to the hospital yesterday with labor like contractions 7 min apart, they gave me 2 liters of water intravenously, and my contractions slowed down to 10 min apart, but didnt stop. In the hour before I went home they sped back up to 7 minutes and got more consistant, and the nurse was hesitant to send me home, but since i only live 3 minutes away she let me go. She said it looked like I was for sure in early labor, but my contractions were just too far apart to keep me. I came home with terrible contractions that sped up to 5 min apart and began having bloody show after i got home. I had loose stools all day yesterday, and even some contractions that made me "HAVE" to go, even though it hurt so much. I finally laid down at midnight and was able to catnap between contractions, and finally fell asleep from exhaustion at 4 am. When I woke up at 8 this morning, they hadnt gone away, but were really light, and now theyre coming on stronger again. Am I in labor? Or getting ready to go at least? I am dilated to a 3.5, 85 effaced, and my water is bulging she said. IDK what to think. Im ready for this baby to be out, and I think shes ready too, but when?
