Has Anyone Else Done this..?

Has anyone else done anything a bit crazy due to pregnancy hormones?

  • I'm 19 weeks pregnant. I just cut my own hair. Didn't even bother to do it properly - like using mirrors or wetting the hair first. Just took the kitchen scissors and started hacking away!! My hair was longer than shoulder length with growing out layers. Now it looks (in my opinion) like I have just been to the hairdresser! Has anyone else done anything a bit out of character and attributed it to baby hormones?!

I put the remote control in the fridge when I was 23weeks pregnant and spent literally 3hours trying to find it! I knew that I had it in the kitchen when I went in and I hadn't done much but I just had no idea where I had put it. When I was 25 weeks pregnant I also spent ages running round the house looking for my other sock. I had one in my hand but couldn't remember where I had put the other one - cue complete and utter hormone rage at the fact I lost it and then my partner went 'wearing it!' OMG i have never been so embarrased! All done to hormones! xxx

mummy to poppy and charlie

Thanks everyone....those stories have really made me laugh!!! The main thing that happened to me was that my eyesight was affected by the hormones and I felt like everything was really close. Whenever my husband drove I had to close my eyes, as I felt like we were going to crash into everything.
