How long does it take to receive an out of state Child Support Order?

• I have gone through the process up through paternity testing. My daughter's father did paternity testing also and went to court for the results on 7/21 (he is definitely the father). It has been two weeks and the CSEA in my state still hasn't received the child support order (I live in NJ, He lives in NY). Now that everything has been done, how long does it take to receive the actual Child Support Order in NJ? My CSEA said it should take two weeks, but they haven't responded to her fax asking for the status. She said to call back next week, but I wanted to ask someone who has gone through the out of state process. TIA!

  I have a CS order for my son in another state. I am in Mich. and son is in Ind. The judge signed the order on June 8 and it reflected in my June 26 paycheck. So the order didn't take long. However, it took more than a month before my son's mother received a state CS check because the paycheck's garnished money goes to the Ind. CS office and they send out the check. So my son's mother didn't receive the state check until mid-July. So I am guessing it will take about a month before you see a CS check if you are using a state agency.
