Where is the highest rate of autistic kids?

What is the going hourly rate for a nanny or babysitter for 2 kids 6&4. NO house cleaning just childcare. ?

• I will be doing a local background check & requesting references. Do you have any tips on offering a rate and what determines the pay grade? Will weekend or overnight care be more money, if so how much? Tips on in my home or in there home? Thank you!

  I would usually charge around $11 or $12 an hour for 2 kids where I live (VA) but it's different everywhere. I usually determine how much to charge by how many children there are, and yes, weekend and overnight care is more. Probably $5 an hour more, but I'm not too sure because I usually don't do weekends or overnights. I usually babysit in the parent's home because the kids I babysit are younger, so all their bottles, and baby stuff is at their own house. If you are comfortable with the sitter then it's fine to let them babysit in their home. Hope I helped!
