My Jardine crib whick cost over $300 was recalled and they are sending me garbage replacement!?

I purchased a White Capri 4-in-1 Lifetime crib by Jardine from Babies R Us and the recall replacement is a cheap walnut 2-in-1. Is there anything I can do to get a better replacement? I call and email Jardine endlessly but they do not return calls or offer any options!
