How can my boyfriend of 3 years adopt my 3 year old daughter?

I have been with my boyfriend for 3 years now but I also have a 3 year old daughter she was 5 months old and she she calls him daddy and believes he is her dad he buys her everything she needs and takes care of her we also have a baby together so we don't want them knowing they have different dads when they grow up so please help ... Her sperm donor has never met her nor has he ever payed me a dine for her he moved away from Manitoba once she was born and I don't know where he is at this moment but I never put his name on the birth form and I have sole custody of my daughter I went to court and got it but my question is can my boyfriend adopt my daughter? how can we do it? is there anyway to apply online? how much will it cost? how long will it take?
