What time do you normally go to bed?

What TIME should an Adverage 15 year old go to bed?

  • School nights, she goes to bed at 9:30 the same as her 13 year old brother. She then gets up at about 6.30 in the morning. On weekends, goes to bed past midnight, and gets up whenever! but.. my question is, what time does a teenager go to bed? (around 15 years old) Most of her friends go to bed at about 11pm. or whenever they want. But what time do you go to bed fellow 15 year olds. Or parents or teens. Thanks!

    i have a son who is a freshman in high school and a daughter who is in 6 th grade. my son goes to bed between 10 - 10:30 pm and hes always up by himself by 5:30 am.. my daughter goes to bed by 8:30 or 9:00 pm and shes up at 6:00 am. ( but sometimes its like waking the DEAD) ughhh if we try and get her to bed by 8:00 she just ends up not going to sleep anyway and reads or something.. i do think that 9:30 is a bit early - i would give her at least another 30 minutes...and on weekends my daughter is in bed by 10:00 and my son by 11:30 - I think midnight is a bit late - ok for special events and occasions but not every weekend.. also they get up whenever on weekends.. altho if they are sleeping and its past 10 we will usually get them up and going......

well i'm 16 and I go to bed on the weekends between 12 and one and weekdays I dont wanna be late so i go to bed and ten and fall asleep in half an hour (so half past really) and I wake up at 6:45 :) edit* i was told by the doctor because I used to sleep really late and fainted in school because I wasnt eating well aswell blaa blaa blaa I was told that you have to have 8- 10 hours of sleep so if she wakes up at six, I would say she goes to sleep the latest (on weekdays this is) at about 10 because thay way she gets 8 hours

If she is in bed at 9:30 and isnt sleeping until 2am, that should tell you she is bored and not tired. My "bedtime" stopped at about 13-14 I think. I just went to bed around 10:30pm or so, as thats when I was tired. My mother didnt complain as long as I was getting enough sleep and able to go to school.

Im 14 and I went to bed at 9:00 on school nights until I was 13. I couldn't take it anymore, I was staying up to 11:00PM just from reading and most night past 12:00. So I asked my parents to give me an extra hour and that seems to be working out fine.

My personal experience .& orders for my kids. 13) weekends 9:00 curfew -- bed by 12 14) '' " 9:30 curfew -- bed 12:30 15) " " 10:00 curfew -- bed 1:00 16 " " 10:30 ( depending on activity attending) bed 1:30 17) " " 11:30 "" "" "" bed 2:30 18 ) On their own! Never No matter what the activity for 16 & 17 was past midnight allowed, unless it was a lock in over night skate , or bowling thing, that our town sometimes had. Where we dropped them off & picked them up at the door when it was unlocked to insure they were in there all night*

when my kids were at school they were in bed by 10pm and were allowed to read..at the weekends it was 11pm...

I go to bed when ever I want ,my parents don't care as long as I am quite and don't fall asleep in class. But I have to be home before 12am on a school night. On the weekend I can stay out as long as I want if they know where I am. I like that very much because I usually go to my boyfriends house at 8pm and leave a 4am.But I don't really tell them I am going to my bfs.
