How to find what chat groups have been visited from my account?

you might be able to do it by going on past history or something along those lines

You could try checking your search bar history if it hasn't been cleared ... or click the history icon in the top tool bar (looks like clock with an anti-clockwise arrow on it). This should give you every site visited.

I have a program on my computer called child guard. It logs everything that is accessed, not just on the web but the computer as well. It is password protected to stop anyone else accessing it. However it depends on who else is using the computer. If another person uses it who knows what they are doing finds it they can take it out by going into add/remove programs. However if they don't know its there you can see what they access. Try typing child guard software into google to find it. Mine came with the computer. Hope this helps.

go to start, select run, type in local settings, go into temporary internet files folder, and check the cookies and milk.. whatevers viewed or downloaded, or visited.. its there. but not necessary by a person!!! remember, hijackers, popups and spywares do account for it as well.
