What homemade treats do you make for your kids on Easter?

I don't make homemade treats. My son might get some candy. We get the joy of going to sunrise breakfast at the church and it is a buffet of eggs, bacon, french toast and all the breakfast goodies you can imagine.. the real treat is the joy of knowing Jesus was raised from the dead. That is the true meaning of Easter. It is not about the Easter bunny and definately not about us

Sugar cookies in Easter shapes.

Blow up a balloon. Small size. Dip it in chocolate and then put it in freezer to get hard. Then carefully peel off the balloons after you poke a small hole into the top of the balloon and now you have chocolate to put white cream into. Yummy.

I dont make no homemade treats for them instead I like to tell them that the Easter Bunny hid easter eggs with money out in the yard. It takes them half a day to figure out there are no such eggs and I get to sleep in SCORE.

My mother had chocolate molds in lamb shapes. She would make us chocolate lambs, and put little candy flowers and ribbons on them. She also made Easter dinner: prime rib or roasted lamb, asparagus, sautèed small red spring potatoes, Yorkshire pudding, and a lovely coconut creme pie for dessert.

My gran used to knit little hollow chicks and put a creme egg inside - we used to love them :') x

I used to make Easter dinner. I made a bunny cake for desert and the kids made bunny cookies and iced them white and pink. We dyed our own eggs. They never went to waste. We ate them in different recipes. Deviled eggs, salads with egg, (tuna, chicken, green salad, egg salad, etc.) My daughter now does this for her 4 children.
