Can you be autistic and have very mild sensory issues?

Can spina bifida be so mild there are never any issues?

My newborn daughter has signs of possible spina bifida, probably occulata, but the ultrasound couldn't conclude or deny whether or not she actually has a form of spina. So my question is, since it would be a "mild" case to be so undetectable, is there a great chance she will never have any health issues even if it turns out later she does have spina? I just need some type of reassurance here.

Yes, it can happen. However, spina bifida is unpredictable. She could be perfectly healthy her entire life. Or she may end up having issues walking or needing surgery for tether cord, arnold chiari, or bowel and bladder issues. You just never know.
