How to make soy beans milk?

Does any one know to make soy curd with soy milk powder?

• my daughter has lactose intolerance problem..she cant have curd of cows milk too. do v have to take the curd of ordinary milk to ferment soy milk?

  You should be able to modify this recipe for making tofu for making soy curd (stopping after the boiling step since the rest is merely pressing it into the solid tofu). The site has several things that can be used to coagulate the soy milk: epsom salt, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, or gypsum. Hope this helps!
