How do I fix this problem with my iTunes?

How do I fix this problem on iTunes for my sister?

• I got my kid sister her first iTunes card, because she got my other younger sister's old iPod Nano for Christmas. I started setting up her account, and it totally slipped past my mind that she would be considered too young for an account, so I typed in her actual 2002 birthdate. Then the notification popped up that says, "You do not meet the minimum age requirement" and such. So I went back, typed in all the information again, but put her year of birth as 1990. Still got the "minimum age" crap. I did that a bunch of times, going as far back as 1950, but it still didn't work. I also tried exiting out of iTunes and starting it up again, but that didn't help anything. I'm starting to get really mad. I'll be damned if my sister can't open up an iTunes account... she's going to be heartbroken if I can't get it to work. Any advice?

  You could just create a whole new account with a new email and everything.
