How do you save e-mails to a USB?

I don't know how to save my work..ex. computer.usb..help!need help staying organize with school files!=[?

• ok so i get a lot of homework, and i don't know if to delete everything after the school cycle ends or leave it..but i don't know if to save it in my usb or my computer,..also..should i save every single thing i do in school in My usb..{i get hw and sometimes i print it out in school with my usb when i run out of ink] ..so i don't know if to leave it in the usb or to just save it to my computer =[...when should i delete it [the files]...every semester, year?thanks!! thanks you soooo much!..im just trying to organize myself more!=]

  Okay Get another USB (flash) drive if possible. Use one for recent projects (this semester) and the other for past projects (up to last year's). Save EVERYTHING to your computer, even stuff that you did five years ago.
