How to sanitize shoes?

How can I convince my mom to buy me shoes?

• My mom said I have enough shoes to wear to school. I have one pair for running and P.E. so I can't wear that. I have 2 pairs that are both too small for me, but my mom doesn't believe me. She thinks I'm only saying that because I want new shoes, but I know it's too small because my toes touch the front and I broke a toe nail once while I was wearing it. My converse shoes have holes on the bottom so I can no longer wear those. And I can't wear my sandals and ballet shoes to school because it's against the dress code. I need a new pair of shoes (like canvas shoes) but my mom says I don't need any. I even offered to buy it with my own money but she still says no. How can I convince her? P.S. I can't wear my running shoes because during track/P.E., we sometimes run in the baseball field and my shoes are covered with red dirt. It's pretty hard to get those off.
