Why is my AT&T phone not working?

Why is my cell phone not working?!?

Okay, so I have a cricket phone and I have dropped it a few times before. Today I was over my fiances house and I dropped my phone on the hard wood floor like three times because it kept slipping out of my hand. After it dropped my fiancee' had to be an a**hole and slide it across the floor, but not hard where it can break. It was working fine right after that, until I got home. Their was an 'E' right on top of my phone so I shut it off. I tried turning it back on and it just kept vibrating, so I took out the battery and it was still doing it. It's not the battery because my mom has the same phone and I tried hers too. I had the battery out for a half hour now and it's still not working. Is their a way I can get it to work or is it broke? Help!!!!!!!!
