How do I put a picture on my profile?

How do you put your own picture as your profile picture?

• Okay, so this may be a very stupid question. I have no idea how to upload your own picture to be your display picture for Yahoo! Answers. I'm tired of being a cartoon, haha. So, yeah. How do you do it? Thanks =)

• Answer:

  1. Go to your activity and click on "Edit my Preferences" 2. Next click on "Edit my Profile image" 3. When a new internet screen comes up, you'll see your avatar. Move your mouse to there and in the left little corner you'll see "Change Photo", click on that 4. When you've changed your photo go to your Y!A activity and instead of "using your avatar image", click on the little circle that says "use my profile image" then scroll down and save :D Edit: http://s944.photobucket.com/albums/ad285/AmbieheartsPickles/?action=view&current=ya2.jpg :) you have to switch the pereference of having you avatar to a picture of something else, you'll see a little circle next to the picture :) Haha you're welcome, and you're not stupid.
