I have a 13 yr old son that is 6ft 6 size 19 shoes and still growing!where to buy footwear for a kid that big?

i am from Sandy Bay First Nation,need some help on where to get SIZE19 shoes from?so if anyone knows where to get these big sizes from , it would be greatly be appreciaited.

That is enormous - I know someone with size 13 shoes and I know he has difficulty shopping for them but goes online to a specialist shoe store.
