Answer:
your answer lies within your question. U know what your doing is bad. Stop doing the bad things. It's hard to cut out all fast food so start with the burgers. (I haven't had a fast food burger in over 6 months) but I gotta have my taco bell! haha I also buy skim milk and light butter. In jan my top pregnancy wieght was 139. (I'm 5'2 btw) I have since lost all the baby wiehgt... I'm down to 114. Woo hoo! Watch your portions too. Eat slowly and look at caloies. You don't have to count them. Just take a look... know what you're putting in your body. I didn't know my favorite ice cream had 360 cal. a serving! Which a normal person's bowl of ice cream is definatly two servings.. geez! I have a lot more tips if you're interested. [email protected]

There's been a study that says people who stop drinking pop lose an average of 10-15lbs, so that's one thing. Also, you should start buying the prepackaged meals like Healthy Choice or Smart Ones or LeanCuisine. They really are okay to eat, they are frozen so you just pop them in the microwave. They aren't a ton of food to keep you going 10-12 hours, so you need to eat a snack at work like peanuts and cranberries, or tuna, or something with protein in it. And lastly, throw in a bunch of fresh fruits and veggies, that's always the answer to getting full and not being disappointed in yourself. You should eat healthy all week and then on the weekend take one meal and have whatever you want. Good Luck!

You feed the child the right foods then YOU will be eating the right foods as well. Or at least you should be.
