How do they spend Halloween in Italy?

How much did you spend on your kids Halloween costumes?

  • I hate the idea of spending over $20 on a costume that will be worn once. My son wants to be Luke Skywalker and I can't seem to find one cheaper than that. How much did you spend and where did you buy them?

    $5...we have a box of old costumes that they wear all the time, I sew them, and added glitter...done....Christmas will be about the same this year, I'll find old toys, shine em up, and add some glitter....J/k....(I hope!)

It's insane how much these stores can charge.I have 3 boys ages 9,7,&2 my nine year old wants to be a werewolf.A Very basic costume includes a mask,a shirt,gloves,that was $40.00.My middle is Dark night with muscles that is $30.00.My lil guy is going to be Nemo and that was $30.00.CRAZY RIGHT?????????????The only reason why I spend that is bc my boys love costumes and usually play with them all year around but still I dread Halloween.

Well i most ot the times go to stores that give like 60% discount .. or even buy costume from goodwill :) you're right why spend so much on a dress that'll be worn just a day.. in fact just a couple of hours! this year i've got a batman costume for my 5yr old son for 5.99$ and a "Little Moster" pumpkin tshirt for my year old baby for 1.99$ , both from goodwill, I will give the clothes a nice wash before using of course!

If you have a store called "Deals" by you they have some past season Star Wars costumes for $7 including accessories. Big Lots also has some of this seasons current costumes for 60% of the normal price. My daughter is 10 months old and I am debating between a few costumes... they are mostly $10-$13.

My costume wasn't that expensive. I'm going as a hippie, so I'm using stuff from Goodwill, plus my mom's Birkenstocks. The top was probably 5 dollars, and I don't know how much the skirt was. It's much easier to use items around the house than to buy one of those gross polyester things.

This Halloween I actually only spent about $10. I didn't buy any clothing part of the costume because I already have a pretty dress at home that I can wear as part of the costume. But this is for a Halloween party lol.

my mom spent like 50 bucks on mine cuz she had to order it from the states so she had to pay and extra 20 bucks to get it over the border
