How do you play the game ships and sailors?

What are your rules to ships and sailors?

• Just as the question states... what are the rules that you use to play ships and sailors. I know that there are lots of different rules for different games, just wondering what the commands that you have used are for ships and sailors.

• Answer:

  one person is assigned as the captain. the captain calls out the commands, and any sailor that takes more then 5 seconds to get into the position that is called out, walks the plank (is out of the game). the first command is "attention", which means salute, the sailors can not break from attention until the captain says "at ease". if any sailor laughs or talks or breaks attention before the captain commands, they walk the plank. the rest of the commands are: Man Overboard: two sailors, one person gets down on one knee and the other puts a hand on their shoulder and pretends to search for someone. Bunk Beds: two sailors, one person lays on the ground and holds up their arms. other person puts their head by the other persons feet and uses their hands to support themselves. The first person grabs their legs and holds them up. 3 men rowing: three sailors get in a line and pretend to row a boat while singing "row row row your boat". 4 men pointing north: four sailors get into a circle and point up. 5 men eating: five sailors get in a circle and pretend to eat. Sea Sick: they all pretend to throw up Beached Whale: everyone lays on the ground while acting like a beached whale and making weird sounds. Port: run to the left Starboard: run to the right. Hit the deck- fall to the floor on your stomach
