How to find a H1B VISA job?

Any USA "Working Visa" (i.e. either H1B or E3) sponsor companies database?

  • Hi all, how can I find a job that the employer would be willing to sponser me to get a working visa? (i.e. either H1B or E3) thanks heaps!

  • Answer:

There is no such database and cannot be one because companies are supposed to prove that they have searched for a US citizen or legal resident before they can apply for a foreign worker visa. So that is not going to help you. You need to be aware that the real unemployment rate in the US is now over 20%, not the "doctored for public pacification" report of 8.9%. Jobs are scarce, there are tens of millions of Americans who are desperate for jobs, there is NO shortage of trained and experienced American workers for any type of work (except that the uneducated and unskilled do not want to move to farm country or pick tomatoes). Worse, reports of companies laying off citizens, then bringing in foreign workers are increasingly raising the ire of Americans. Discouraged jobhunters are getting really angry over foreign workers, immigration-law violators, etc. You do not want to be in this country when the you-know hits the fan. So not only are there no jobs for you, but you would not want to take one now if you could.

Each time you apply, you need to ask them whether they will consider visa applicants / sponsor H1 B visa.

Hi Curious, With millions of Americans highly skilled Americans and Permanent Residents unemployed, we don't really need to bring foreign workers to take our jobs. Greedy Companies use these temporary guest worker visas to replace Americans with: 1) Cheap Foreign workers - These companies don't want to pay the prevailing wage. 2) Younger Foreign Workers - Those over 35 are discriminated because of their age. Hire Americans and Permanent Residents. Help America. Yet another sellout of the American worker, just so a few executives can make a few more million. Hiring or continuing to employ an H1B worker (or any other VISA) in the US in our current time of crisis is un-American.

There will likely be few further H-1B sponsorships until the recession is over and the unemployment rate in the US drops below 5 to 6% again And there is indeed no such database as companies do not reveal this sort of information.

Americans are willing to work for the minimum wage to compete with H1B slaves mainly from India. Your chance to get an H1B sponsorship is very slim in current 20% unemployment environment. Plus the Fed is cleaning out H1B frauds with more frequent job site visits and denies applications with more RFE ( Requests For Evidence) requests.
