  But he had money to pay smugglers to help him violate immigration laws, had money to pay thieves and/or forgers to purchase fake/stolen ID, defrauded the employer, expects the person whose identity he stole to pay his income taxes, sends all his money out of the US without paying income taxes, and then expects taxpayers to pay his sister's medical bills, too. Multiple criminal - he has seriously harmed many people. He needs to pay his own way. And BTW, he could get health insurance and/or health care in El Salvador for less than 10% of US costs. Which is why so many American citizens go abroad for medical care - they cannot afford to get care closer to home because over 1/4 of every hospital bill is costs shifted from non-paying illegal aliens.
