Question about immigration and marriage in Canada? Hi, I am looking for information about immigration & marriage... I just want to what to do to get him his PR and how long it takes for him to be able to work. He is hear right now as a visitor because his work visa is now up and he would like to go back to work but not as a forian worker. We got married in Aug 2011 I know I am exempt from the income reqiurment to sponor him as well as we have a fair bit of evedence to prove are marriege genuwian ex: joint account, our home rental lease, listed on my childrens school registratin as father, wedding pics, ect. Please let me know how to go about it what the process will take and how soon can he work Thank you!!!
