I have removed from UK. can I come back to the UK.

Removed / deported from UK due to overworking!?

  • hello to people who would spare some time going through my question and i would be equally grateful if you would be able to help me out with ur answer/s. I was studying as a student in London,UK back in 2010 . i was caught of overworking and was deported('removed' as mentioned on the legal papers) . But now i would like on a visitor visa to europe (spain hopefully!) . My questions are - 1. am i barred to enter Europe even ? 2.How long does my order not enter UK last ? 3.Does me getting barred to enter UK even apply because the offence due to which i was removed is a ' violation of a law' and not a ' crime' ? Thank you !

    1. All EEA countries share immigration info so you will have difficulty getting a visa to any other country whilst your ban is in force. 2. If you were removed your ban lasts 10 years. 3. Yes. You breached the conditions of your visa. What do you suppose a violation of the law is?

Forget it. You have a 10 years travel ban for the whole EU. So no country will let you in. Btw. there is no guarantee (Indeed there is a fat chance that they won´t) that they will ever let you in again even if the 10 years are over .

You are banned from uk for life, Europe will make their own decision probably the same
