I am moving to North Carolina soon. And I would like to know which city is better to live. In terms of jobs, salaries, schools, housing, hospitals, public transportation, entertainment etc etc. I have thought Charlotte and I read many good things on the internet and I have been told is good town. But I would like a second opinion. thanks

If your illegal it is well known that it is very easy to obtain a NC drivers license if you are illegal because the DMV is corrupt. I know several illegal who have told me this and showed me their license.

I live in Charlotte and like it. As for jobs, that really depends on your experience and skills set. Public transportation is the one thing I am not familiar with, although I have taken the light rail on several occasions. Fort Mill, SC is right across the border and is considered a Charlotte suburb but taxes and gas are cheaper and the school system is very good.
