Do I need a job in Canada if I get a PR?

Do I need a job in Canada after my immigration application under the "Skilled worker" program gets accepted and I get PR? Or do I need to return to my country after some time incase I'm unable to find a job in Canada?

Answer:
If your application is accepted under Skilled Worker Program you will get your PRC at the airport when you arrive Canada and I am sure you will have no problem getting a job if you like or you can go back to your country but you can't stay more than 6 months out of Canada if you do you might lose you PR. plus you need to have 3 years in Canada for you to apply for your citizenship then when you have it you can leave and stay out of canada for as long as you wish to.... cheers
