They don't pay taxes. Employers don't take out federal tax, school tax, social security, workers comp., health care. It's called being paid under the table. It isn't reported. They have no known address to the government. Why do you think no one knows for sure just how many are in the country. There is no record. Which also means pedophiles, rapists, drug dealers, criminals, walk among us every day. American tax payers pay the bills for schooling, health care and social services. Seems Nick thinks if you steal a persons identity you should be rewarded with Social security.

Many recent illegal immigrants are paid under the table in cash, or as contractors. That means -- no one is paying payroll taxes for them. So, that's no income taxes paid (state and federal), no social security/medicare tax paid.

If you rent and appartment or a house you do not pay local, state, special district, school, city, county, and hospital taxes. You pay taxes when you OWN a home. Their may be incidentals but these are considered business expenses to the owner/landlord of the appartment building or rented house. In other words the landlord pays them. Uhhh...did you ever think that there are a whooooole hell of a lot of people making over 20,000 out there in America? LOL What company pays their taxes if they are working under the table? I pay taxes...I pay for insurance...I go to the hospital and its covered. Mexicans and PR'icans in my town are typically reffered to as "Jose-NoPay's" They come in without insurance and never pay their bill. They come in with welfare and use more money from welfare than they pay into with their "20,000". Its common sense and economics...none of which you have. They pay sales tax....thats it. And get over it. It has nothing to do with racism.

But of course. Anyone who knows how life works for an illegal knows they pay taxes and can never claim a refund. Social Security would be BANKRUPT without these workers who pay in but can not receive benefits.

There is also the possible conclusion that you're stupid,many of those same people who are supposedly paying taxes are also using false ID to collect forms of public assistance thus at best negating any effect they may make by paying taxes,it's a fact whether you want to admit it or not,the govt knows it ask them. After all they catch them at it everyday,give them a little slap on the wrist and send them on their way.If you want to enable felons taking advantage of your country feel free,they enjoy the fact that you're dumb enough to let them. And quite frankly a great deal of the illegal workforce is off the books and no taxes are paid,so jobs that could have gone to some unemployed American goes to someone not even legally here,off the books,no taxes paid. It's a simple fact,the amount of taxes lost every year to these off the books jobs is enormous and only helps to further bankrupt our country. Everything about their presence is a menace,but you go ahead and continue to live in your little fantasy world. Personally if I had any say in it I would try them for having forged documents if their one of the ones who actually bothered,that way we could give them some real jail time instead of just deporting them so they can sneak right back in,if they want to destroy our country they should at least pay a price for it.

With your fake SS# you tell your boss that you have 10 dependents... not only is there no witholding, but you can actually get money back through the EIC (earned income tax credit)... And even if they are paying some taxes, they are ILLIGAL .. what part of illigal do you not understand?
