Can international students in Canada bring along their Spouse and Kids?

Regarding applying sponsorship to my spouse?

• i am a indian born male of 40 yrs. i was living in india with my three kids. due to some reasons i got divorce . the kids are in my custody. in the mean time i met a canadian lady in india. we went too deep in our relationship. we got married. i came to canada in2003.along with my three kids. my canadian wife was happy with me,but not with the kids. finally we get divorce in2005. my kids are minor and hard for me to take care of without a mom. now i want to sponser my indian ex-wife. she is ready to come to canada. my question can a permanent resident get married after two years of divorce? which is the best way to bring her to canada by remarry or sponser her or by visitor visa or by applying her on the base of her profession,that takes a long time. which is the best?
