How can I remove lifelong ban to the UAE?

I am asking about UAE's ban to work and further details?

  First of all, you have to know what is was the initial visa you were issued with prior to cancellation. If you're an engineer or other professional types (nurse, accounts, etc) then under the new law, you will have the mandatory 6 months work ban (not travel ban). The above visa classifications can not be banned by the employer. However, if you're a professional but having an skilled worker or other non-professional type visa (meaning Engineer with a driver or technician visa) then the employer can impose ban of up to 2 years. Unfortunately, you will only see the cancellation sticker on your residence visa but never the ban clause. This can only be checked through the Dept. Of Immigration & Dept. -which you can contact online. Worth trying.
