Pls kindly give me a way out of these. Can i use a Schengen Visa to France get to a sweden destination?

My country of destination is sweden. I need a swedish visa, but that would take time before i get it. Now i have a Travel Agent that says he could get me a schengen visa to France within a month, and i could use that to enter sweden. My question goes thus: (a). Can i use this visa to travel to sweden and reside there?? (b). Can i use this visa to reside in sweden, and get swedish citizenship?? (c). Haven become a sweden citizen, can i use this type of visa on my passport to apply for a Immigrant Visa or NIV to the U.S?? I need a good response to these three questions.
