Do I need to take biometrics every time I apply for I-131(re-entry permit)?
-
My existing Reentry Permit will be expired in two months, I plan to apply a new one for another two years. I have taken biometrics last time I applied for Reentry Permit. Do I still need to take biometrics this time? If yes, why? It's just a fingerprint.

Answer:
You have to submit your fingerprints every time you applying for I-131. Fingerprints valid for 12 months only. if your case have being pending for more that 12 months you must resubmit your fingerprints.
