ILE/ILR SPOUSE SETTLEMENT VISA UK IMMIGRATION?

  ILR is valid for the rest of your spouses life. When she gets a new passport, to re-enter the UK she should carry her old passport with the ILR stamp in it. Alternatively pay £216 for TOC (transfer of conditions) to UKBA so the ILR is in her new passport. Better still, wait until she is eligible to apply for British Citizenship (3 years in UK).
