Does my husband (non-eu) need a visa to go to Germany for holiday?

Since 2 years we are in Uk. He is Indian and Im from Poland. He holds in his passport "Residence Card of Family Member of EEU National". Does he need a visa to go to Germany for 3 weeks if we are planning to travel together? What types of documents will he have to provide at the airport? Can anyone refuse our entry to Germany?

Answer:
As long as he is travelling with his EEA family member i.e. you in this case, he does not need a separate visa to travel to Germany for a short visit (under 90 days)
